A child takes a walk at twilight and early evening when the windows in the houses and apartment buildings begin to show light from within.
- A glimpse of the scene inside each suggests a story. Each is special in it's own way.
- The various windows show a slice of life as day comes to a close.
- The ending is lovely as the child returns home and sits in front of a window with Mom.
- The narration is sparse and simply suggests a scenario for each window.
